Speaker and Presentations

Norine DresserCross-cultural differences impact the workplace, health care settings, classroom and social environments during everyday interactions as well as rites of passage.

Norine’s goal as a consultant, trainer, and educator is to demystify the behaviors of people different from ourselves and to promote respect for all cultures.

Through her presentations she helps audiences, large or small, become more aware of the diversity of cultures which can aid in improving their personal and professional interactions.

Here are some comments from her clients:

“Your presentation on ‘Do’s and Don’ts for Successful Interaction with Chinese Clients’ received positive feedback from all levels of our facility....The presentation was overall considered fun and light, but contained insights that could help better communications with our Chinese clients.”
--Chevron Phillips Chemical Company

Norine"I would like to express my gratitude on behalf of the Wedding Industry Professionals Association Board of Directors for your informative talk.  You helped make WIPA's meeting a fabulous success."

       --Wedding Industry Professionals Association

"Your talk was essential for our much needed review of important elements of the many cultures we so often meet at the Skirball, and for greeting and treating all our visitors with respect."
